Product Overview
The Nova 2-color stack flexo press is YAOSHG's entry-level vertical stack platform for converters starting with simple logos, stripes and repeat graphics on paper, film, nonwoven and woven bag stock.
Multiple printing units are stacked vertically so each color station remains accessible while saving floor space. The synchronous belt drive keeps investment controlled while still supporting practical production speeds up to 120 m/min depending on substrate and ink system.

Unwinding & Rewinding: 3-inch pneumatic air shaft with adjustable web tension for light paper, film and nonwoven rolls up to Φ800 mm.
Printing Unit: Two independent stack color decks with chamber doctor blade inking, ceramic anilox roller and plate cylinder per station.
Drying: Electric heated inter-color dryers sized for water-based or solvent flexo inks on packaging substrates.
