Product Overview
Honor 4-color servo stack flexo press upgrades the Nova stack concept with servo register control, active unwind/rewind and PLC supervision for converters needing better color accuracy on paper, film, nonwoven and PP woven bag jobs.
Mechanical speed reaches 220 m/min with stable printing typically up to 200 m/min depending on material thickness and pattern coverage. Register precision is rated ±0.2 mm with servo-assisted 360° color adjustment on each printing group.
The Honor platform supports practical multi-material converting including woven bag applications referenced on LISHG stack servo lines.

Printing Unit Details
Part 1 — Unwinding & Rewinding: Servo-driven active unwind and rewind with guide-type pressure roller, roll diameter detection and swing-arm tension control. 3-inch pneumatic shaft with automatic stop at set diameter.
Part 2 — Printing Unit: Four servo-controlled stack decks with chamber doctor blade, ceramic anilox (80–1000 LPI) and quick 360° register adjustment. Optional double-sided print configurations (4+0) available on request.
Part 3 — Drying: Electric heating to 80°C with return-air circulation between each color station.
Part 4 — Control: PLC with touchscreen HMI, closed-loop tension and static image monitoring interface.
