Product Overview
Apex 4-color CI flexo press for paper is a gear-driven central impression platform optimized for kraft paper, copy paper, shopping bags and paper-based flexible packaging where tight circumferential register matters.
All color stations print against one shared CI drum, keeping web path length constant for stable multi-color work at speeds up to 250 m/min on paper grades within the rated tension window.
Machine frame uses high-strength alloy cast iron cast by resin sand process with 100 mm wallboard thickness and Φ100 mm anodized guide rollers for long-term dimensional stability.
